Anti-diabetic and hypolipidemic screening of celtis philippensis extracts instreptozotocin induced diabetic rats

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease that happens either due to insufficient insulin secretion (a hormone that regulates blood glucose), or deficiency in insulin action thus leading to raised blood glucose levels.
