Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions as a whole. The one who contemplates the texts of the Noble Qur’an and the noble Prophet’s Sunnah realizes with certainty that it came to achieve the interests of the servants and ward off evil from them, and this realization is obtained through the secrets, wisdom, and purposes that the Islamic Sharia (Islamic law) came into in its provisions and legislation, whether in acts of worship or transactions and even in behavior and morals. And if we wanted to turn our consideration of the divine books, man-made constitutions, or human laws, we would not have found a book, constitution, or law that fulfilled people’s interests and demonstrated the wisdom of its legislation as demonstrated by the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet, to highlight something from this bright aspect of our tolerant Sharia (Islamic law), we will discuss in this research A topic related to the essence of this idea and its name as (the wisdom in the legality of public financial transactions that carry the meaning of trust and security in Islamic Fiqh).
